Random wedding inspiration

Here are my latest loves from various wedding websites! There are so many this time that there is a cut in the post, so click after the first few pictures to continue.

These engagement photos inspired by 1920’s French postcards are to die for! Hmm…I may have to suggest blatantly ripping this idea off to Adam…

S’mores at a wedding. S’mores at a wedding. S’MORES AT A WEDDING. What a fun idea if you’re having a casual, outdoor event!

Proof that anything can be decor. This couple put a rope installation in the lobby of the hotel where their wedding was held. Too cool!

I absolutely love those hanging bunches of (I’m assuming, but could be wrong since I’m the opposite of a gardener) lavender! It would be beautiful to have dried flowers hanging around our venue, wherever it may be.

I’m still 99.99999% sure I’m going to be wearing white or some version of white on my wedding day. But that 0.000001% of me that is unsure is unsure because of this dress. Wow. What a gorgeous dress, and what a way to make a unique statement on your wedding day!

No picture for this amazing bit of inspiration, but just look at this beautiful idea:

Listen to this one: “We put a bottle of wine, two glasses, and a set of love letters (written in secret and unshared) into a wooden crate and then sealed it with nails (each nail was hammered by a family member to show their commitment to supporting our marriage and then finally by us). The crate is meant as an act of reassurance, a romantic gesture–if ever our relationship is in peril, we are to open the crate, drink the wine, and read the letters before we make any decisions about our future.”

Stealing. It’s a wonderful idea…we should all do this.

Are there any vast fields of purple flowers near the Richmond area? Because I am so on board with this.

WHOA. This is fancier than I really want/could likely afford, but there’s no denying how stunning it looks. Those candles by the rows of chairs are gorgeous. Not exactly practical if you have children at your wedding, though!

Love the hanging buttons. Simple and sweet and easy to make!
